Corporate Social Responsibility

As part of our social responsibility to the community and voluntary work initiatives, Bahra Electric group launched a campaign under the name — Bahra Electric Stands with you — during which bulk quantity of food supplies (food baskets) were distributed to the families in need, affected by the outbreak of Corona virus in Bahra Municipality region.

These food baskets were distributed to the families at their houses directly & discretely through our employees’ volunteer team.

The system is optional for companies to adopt, who are willing to develop their work environment to be comprehensive and more supportive for persons with disabilities and to obtain recognition through the approved certificate.

The certification system is a part of the consensus for employment of persons with disabilities program, which aims to support and empower the workforce to work in the private sector.

Bahra Electric has trained and hired a large number of women from the local area of Bahra city, and engaged them directly in different production plants.

This initiative is part of a drive to empower and employ local women in private industrial sector, and hence encouraging Saudization in the kingdom.
